Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times for international shipping:

  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.

International Shipping:
MiniFy ships internationally only. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country’s regulations.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@spelltap.store, and we will assist you in locating your package. If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Changes & Order Modifications:
If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours at hello@spelltap.store. We cannot guarantee changes after this period.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not picked up from the courier or local post office within the holding period and is returned to us, we are not responsible for any delays or losses that occur. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you would like your order to be resent, a new shipping fee will apply.
